You must carefully read the following provisions as they constitute an agreement establishing the general terms and conditions of sale for products from the electronic catalog of the company BRAMS.
The 'click' that you will perform after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be an irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions. Therefore, you can only order products if you accept the conditions outlined below.
1- Preamble
The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions conducted on the web catalog of BRAMS. Any order placed on this site implies the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
2- Objet
This contract is a distance contract that aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the sale of products by the company BRAMS over the Internet, through the Maroc Telecommerce platform. Maroc Telecommerce is a transaction management service and a trademark owned by Maroc Telecommerce S.A. store.brams.net, store.brams.ma, store.brams.com are services and trademarks owned by BRAMS S.A.R.L.
3- Definitions
Throughout this contract, each of the expressions mentioned below shall have the meaning ascribed to it, namely:

« Consumer » : refers to the “Customer“ who decides to purchase a product or a service.
« Goods » : tangible products such as computer equipment, and multimedia items …
« Cloud solutions » : Service exclusively subscribed to by subscription and accessible solely via the internet.
« Distance Contract » : any contract concerning goods or services between the company BRAMS and a Consumer within the framework of a system of distance sales or services organized by the company BRAMS, which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
« Consumer » Or « Buyer » : any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that are not within the scope of their professional activity.
« Order form » : a document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them through a “double click“ to commit to it
« Order » : act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the company BRAMS to deliver them.
4- Product
All products present in the catalog are sold until stocks are exhausted or until the end of their commercialization. The company BRAMS reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog, without notice; under no circumstances is it obliged to compensate or cancel an order due to the inability to use the purchased product for reasons of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5- Placing an Order
After finding the product(s) that interest you, click the 'Order' button, and the product will be added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time, and you can return to the catalog by clicking on 'Continue Shopping.' When you have finished your purchases, confirm your order by clicking on the 'Pay' button. In case of an error on your part during order entry, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by BRAMS, you can place a new order.
6- Prices
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan Dirham excluding taxes, are valid at the time of customer consultation, and are those in effect at the time of the order. VAT is calculated on the order form based on the applicable rate on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are conducted in Moroccan Dirham. Any change in the rate will automatically affect the product prices.
7- Order Fulfillment
The order will be fulfilled no later than within 7 days for goods and 24 hours for cloud solutions from the day following the Consumer's order. In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
They will then have the choice to either request a refund of the amounts paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment or exchange the Product.
8- Invoicing
The invoice includes the rates indicated during the order registration on the Store. For goods: The customer will receive an invoice containing the total number of products added to their cart. For cloud solutions: Upon the first subscription, the customer will receive an initial invoice upon order registration. To renew their subscription, the customer will receive a proforma invoice 45 days before the expiration date of the ongoing subscription. Invoices must be settled as of their date of receipt.
9- Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to inspect the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to BRAMS within 24 hours.
For cloud solutions, the customer will receive instructions for activating the subscribed service directly via the Internet after payment; there is no physical delivery.
What is the cost of delivery? Transport costs are borne by the buyer of the goods.

Our rates are inclusive of taxes and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is advisable to consolidate your orders.
What are the delivery times? Your order is dispatched within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receiving your payment for goods. In Morocco and abroad, the goods will be sent to you by registered mail. Any delays cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of an order, or refusal to accept delivery.
10- Payment Method
To settle your order by credit card, you select the payment method among those offered by BRAMS on the Order Form (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CMI, Maestro, Diners Club, and Discover). In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is carried out on the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your credit card payment is secured by Maroc Telecommerce, which provides a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees BRAMS that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the Order Form. In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions regarding the fraudulent use of the payment method provided in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer, and between BRAMS and its banking institution, apply.
11- Data Confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially. You have a right to rectify the data concerning you. You may receive advertisements from BRAMS unless you have specified that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.
12- Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
For goods: From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. The return shipping costs of the goods are at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete, and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
For cloud solutions: The commitment is for one year. Once the service is subscribed to, it cannot be subject to a refund. However, the customer can decide not to renew their subscription by sending a simple email one month before the anniversary date.
13- Warranty for Goods
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material flaws. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In case of return of non-defective material, transportation, and handling fees may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
14- Proof of Credit Card Transactions
The data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce S.A. on the Maroc Telecommerce platform on behalf of BRAMS constitutes proof of all commercial transactions conducted between you and the company BRAMS.
15- Force Majeure
BRAMS is only obligated to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders it. Acts or omissions of telecommunications network operators, internet network operators, or other third parties, equipment failures or third-party equipment, riots, insurrections, fires, floods, storms, explosions, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government decisions, social climate, earthquakes, material shortages, or any other circumstances beyond the control of BRAMS are considered by the parties as force majeure.
16- Competent Court
Any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to Moroccan law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
